Project Steps

Intro

We have a charcoal grill, which we love, but we don't love lighting it and then waiting forever for it to be ready to grill our food. I'm so excited to have found a way to get our charcoal grill ready to go in just a couple of minutes. We can literally have the fire ready almost immediately with the HomeRight ElectroLight Fire Starter. This tool is seriously a game changer!

Step 1

Plug in the ElectroLight Fire Starter and press the red button, which blows 1300 degree air onto your coals igniting it within a couple of minutes. As a safety feature, you must continue to depress the button the entire time. Touch the coals with the end of it until you see them start to ignite.

Step 2

Then, pull the ElectroLight back a bit away from the coals a bit and let it continue blowing air across the coals to fan the flames for a couple of minutes.

Step 3

Your grill is totally ready to go in 2-3 minutes flat! No lighter fluid necessary. Grill your meal and enjoy!

Step 4

My husband was quite confused when I told him we wouldn't need any lighter fluid. He kept asking me, "Are you sure?". He's completely in love with the ElectroLight! He gave it a try and couldn't believe how quickly it worked. We use it all the time now.
