Making the Patties
Mix together your pattie ingredients using one pound of ground pork. Form into four patties.
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 3 Green Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt
Grill the Pineapples
Grilled pineapples are oh-so-yummy! Plop the pineapples slices on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Natalie brushed her slices with a little bit of brown sugar and terriyaki glaze.
