Project Steps

Intro

We recently grilled some delicious Honey Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs, and thanks to the HomeRight ElectroLight Fire Starter, we were able to have our grill ready in minutes. This made dinner prep so much faster! Check out the recipe below.

Step 1

First, marinate the whole chicken breasts in Honey Teriyaki marinade for 6 hours in the refrigerator. We used a gallon ziploc bag to do this.

Step 2

Next, light your charcoal grill using the HomeRight ElectroLight Fire Starter. This makes grill prep SO quick and easy. Our grill was lit and ready to go in minutes. It uses 1300 degree hot air to ignite the charcoal. The built-in blower fans the flames to your desired level. It's a must-have!

Step 3

Next, cut the chicken into 1 to 2 inch chunks, and cut the pineapple to the same size. Place on metal skewers, alternating the chicken and the pineapple.

Step 4

Put your chicken and pineapple kabobs on the grill and pour extra marinade on top of them. Grill at 400 for about 5 minutes and then flip. Grill for another 5 minutes.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy! These are so delicious, and a perfect meal now that the weather is warming up. We served them with rice and veggies.
