Project Steps

The minute the snow is gone we pull out our grill and BBQ! Unfortunatley, last fall we forgot to clean the grill after our last use of the season. When we pulled it out this past weekend, it not only had dust and grease on the outside, but was a grimey mess on the inside. It is not a huge problem though because I have a secret weapon!

Please tell me I am not the only one who sometimes to forgets to clean the grill! This is what we started with.

Since Shane considers the grill his domain, he took on the duty of getting our grill back up to snuff. He used our AutoRight SteamMachine. I love that since we are cooking food on it, that we are using a chemical free way to clean it! Shane used the metal scrub brush attachment.

He had the whole thing scrubbed and wiped down with an old towel in no time. Meanwhile, I was inside preparing the kababs to grill!

We like to use chicken & beef chunks, red & green pappers, onion, pineapple, and little potatoes. I brush some with BBQ sauce and others get covered in a sauce made up of dijion mustard, lemon juice, and rosemary.
