Project Steps

Intro

The weather has finally warmed up and we are able to spend more time outdoors. We recently added a fire pit area to our backyard and broke it in on Mother's Day weekend by making s'mores! The ElectroLight Fire Starter made it easy to get the flames going in our fire pit so we could roast marshmallows.

Step 1

Let's get the fire started! Start by adding a few pieces of wood criss crossed on top of each other in the fire pit.

Step 2

Plug the HomeRight ElectroLight Fire Starter into a nearby outlet or grab an extension cord, place the tip on the piece of wood, then press the red button. It quickly heats up to 1300 degrees, which creates a flame in minutes!

Step 3

The built-in blower will fan the flames until you have a full blown fire, perfect for roasting marshmallows for s'mores!

Step 4

Grab your s'mores supplies, roast a few marshmallows, then enjoy the sticky delights with your family! As easy as it is to get a fire going with the ElectroLight, we will be out by the fire pit all summer!

Step 5

I like to mix it up with ingredients so I used peppermint patties instead of Hershey bars this time! How do you make your s'mores?

If you're planning on camping, glamping, grilling, or chilling this summer, the ElectroLight fire and charcoal starter can help you have a relaxing afternoon! The ElectroLight can have your wood or charcoal roaring in minutes, allowing more time for you to enjoy doing what you love.
