Depending on where you live in the country, grilling in the winter months can either be very easy or very frusterating. Have you ever had to wade through two feet of snow to reach your grill? We have!
Today, Natalie with A Turtle's Life for Me is sharing tips on how to grill during the winter months. Be sure to head to her blog for the full post! In case you missed it, you should also check out her post on how to clean a grill before cold weather sets in.
One of our favorite tips from Natalie's post is to resist the temptation to open your grill hood/cover every couple of seconds! When you live in a cold climate, all of the heat that the grill is producing will escape when you open the hood. This will lead to inconsistent and unpredictable grilling times, which might ruin your food. Luckily, Natalie always has her ElectroLight Fire Starter handy so that she can get her grill roaring again if needed!
Speaking of food, did we mention that Natalie is also sharing a delicious grilled teriyaki shrimp and pineapple recipe on her blog? You don't want to miss those juicy details!
