Grilled Pineapple Asian Pork Burger Recipe

The perfect summer burger!

There are hundreds of good hamburger recipes out there, but we're already in love with this juicy and delicious Asian Pork Burgers with Grilled Pineapple recipe from Natalie with A Turtle's Life for Me! You could always opt for a normal, plain burger, but why not have fun with it? After all, there are only so many weeks left in the summer!

Start Your Charcoal Grill

Fire up your charcoal grill and get ready to make some yummy burgers! Natalie always loves using the ElectroLight fire and charcoal starter (or you can use the NEW Electro-Torch) to get this job done quickly and easily. It uses nothing but super-heated air to have your charcoal ready to go in minutes! That means there's more time for cooking yummy food.

Making the Patties

Mix together your patty ingredients using one pound of ground pork. Form into four patties.
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 Green Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp. Seasoning Salt

Grill the Pineapples

Grilled pineapples are oh-so-yummy! Plop the pineapples slices on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Natalie brushed her slices with a little bit of brown sugar and terriyaki glaze.

Add Your Toppings and Enjoy!
