Made on the Shade

There is no reason that BLINDS need to keep you from seeing something interesting. Add a stencil to enliven an otherwise blank and boring canvas.

You will need:

Painters Tape
Rattan Shad with flat slats
Spray Adhesive
Mylar Stencil of your choice
Latex Semi-Gloss paint
Wagner FLEXiO 2000 Paint Sprayer

Step 1 - Prepare Area for Painting

Remove shade and place tape and drape over window opening. Add blue painters tape around edges to hold covering in place.

Step 2 - Re-hang shade

Re-hang shade and roll down to desired spot.

Step 3 - Spry Adhesive

Place a light coating of spray adhesive on the back of stencil and place on shade in desired position.

Step 4 - Spray Stencil

Spray over stencil with the Wagner FLEXiO 2000 Paint Sprayer gliding over stencil from left to right holding detail nozzle three to five inches from the surface of stencil

Step 5 - Remove Stencil and Reveal

Remove stencil to reveal relief. Let dry thoroughly before re-rolling.
